We are building the teams that will create these homes that hold the latest in modern design and technology, with a head office in Lisbon for design and support teams and a production facility in Setubal for building and construction teams.

To create, improve and protect the environment in which we live, by planning and designing construction we are looking to expand our Team with a highly committed Architectural Head of small projects will be the source of Arolla’s design - and brand development:

Qualifications required:

1. Extensive experience with local legislation and communication with municipalities and official entities

2. Client management for presentation of preliminary studies and conceptual proposals

3. For planning: experience or willingness to learn coordination and work alongside our technical drawing team

4. Preparation and submission of licensing projects.

5. Advanced knowledge of ArchiCAD

6. Creativity:

   Developing Arolla Home Concept with a view of balancing utmost functionality with form.

   Developing technical details with a view of simplification and and a maximum of sustainability

   Interested in trying new material combinations such as CLT and rammend earth

7. Fluent English (mandatory)
