Project Manager

We believe that a house, or building, can (and should) be a space designed to bring people together around a better life — and a better world. That is why we have created an integrated CLT (Cross Laminated Timber) architecture and construction system, designed to create unique spaces in a simple, ecological and efficient way.

Our innovative construction solution, based on a unique solid wood system, offers intuitive and customised homes in a turnkey proposal for each of its individual customers. 

We are looking to expand our team with a highly committed Project Manager.

Key Tasks/Activities:

  • Conduct regular legal inspections and licence management, ensuring regulatory compliance and implementing preventive and corrective actions;

  • Coordinate and manage all project stakeholders, such as design teams, consultants, general contractors, internal/external clients and direct suppliers to achieve project objectives - Control of contractual deadlines execution;

  • Follow-up of works planning schedules - Plan, coordinate, and manage the various disciplines involved in construction projects;

  • Efficiently allocate resources by aligning team capabilities with project needs;

  • Construction quality control - Ensure the technical quality of final project deliverables;

  • Maintain close relationships with clients and their representatives;

  • Works measurement reports - validation and preparation;

  • Preparation of periodic progress reports;

  • Execution of provisional handover minutes and all technical documents.

Key Tasks/Activities:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture;

  • 5 years' experience in Construction Project Management at both technical and strategic levels;

  • Proven track record in project management, including team leadership, scheduling, and cost control;

  • Proficiency in construction law, permits, legislation, procedures and best practices;

  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools, including MS Project;

  • Proficient use of ArchiCAD (mandatory);

  • Fluency in English;

  • Planning and organisational skills;

  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills;

  • Ability to prioritise and anticipate problems, manage multiple tasks;

  • Willingness to travel regularly in Portugal.
