We are looking for a
Project Manager
Key Tasks/Activities:
Conduct regular legal inspections and licence management, ensuring regulatory compliance and implementing preventive and corrective actions;
Coordinate and manage all project stakeholders, such as design teams, consultants, general contractors, internal/external clients and direct suppliers to achieve project objectives - Control of contractual deadlines execution;
Follow-up of works planning schedules - Plan, coordinate, and manage the various disciplines involved in construction projects;
Efficiently allocate resources by aligning team capabilities with project needs;
Construction quality control - Ensure the technical quality of final project deliverables;
Maintain close relationships with clients and their representatives;
Works measurement reports - validation and preparation;
Preparation of periodic progress reports;
Execution of provisional handover minutes and all technical documents.
Required Qualifications:
Degree in Civil Engineering;
5 years' experience in Construction Project Management at both technical and strategic levels;
Proven track record in project management, including team leadership, scheduling, and cost control;
Proficiency in construction law, permits, legislation, procedures and best practices;
Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools, including MS Project;
Proficient use of ArchiCAD;
Fluency in English;
Planning and organisational skills;
Excellent teamwork and communication skills;
Ability to prioritise and anticipate problems, manage multiple tasks;
Willingness to travel regularly in Portugal.
